Lemlist struggles to ensure emails reach inboxes. Here’s what I’ve noticed: Even with proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setups, many emails land in spam folders. Their warm-up tool, Lemwarm, helps slightly but isn’t a permanent fix. Poor deliverability is a dealbreaker for outreach campaigns—fewer leads see your emails, which can hurt not only your campaign performance but also your sender’s reputation. 

2. Poor Customer Support

Getting support when you’re stuck shouldn’t be this hard. I’ve experienced delayed responses when I reached out with urgent issues.
